Stake REBAL.Vote the book.
A stake takes a share of the stakers' 60% of every week that books a gain, paid in ETH. The same weight is the vote: bring a stock into the basket, bin one out, or replace one with another.
Not live yet. The page shows what it will do; nothing can be sent until the contracts are deployed.

Lock REBAL. Pick how long.
A stake counts once it is seven days old. Until its lock ends it weighs the amount times the lock over seven. After that it weighs the amount alone, until you withdraw it.

The stake opens when REBAL launches. Until then this works out the weight; it cannot send anything.

The vote
Every stake that counts today votes with its weight. A vote runs three days. When a held name is replaced, the basket sells it and puts what it cost into the new name in the same transaction. Anything it made above cost goes to the week.

The opening list. The live book is read from the basket once it is deployed. A held name that leaves is sold. After a replace, its sale buys the name that took its place.

One name, one sentence. A stake at least seven days old can open a vote. Opus can open one too.
Voting opens once REBAL_VOTE is deployed and the book is handed to it.
